As part of our commitment to giving back to our community, Mazuma provides access to the community rooms at our headquarters in Overland Park and our Lee's Summit East and Raymore locations.
We provide this space free of charge for local organizations, educators, small businesses, residents, and associations for gatherings that aim to improve the Kansas City metro and the lives of those who live here.

We're thrilled to offer you the use of Mazuma’s Community Room! To ensure a fantastic experience for everyone, please take a moment to review and agree to the following conditions:
Community Use
Our community room is here for businesses, community, civic, or nonprofit organizations. Usage is at the sole discretion of Mazuma Credit Union, and we cannot accommodate political, religious, or personal events.
Alcohol-Free Zone
To keep our space friendly for all, no alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Smoke-Free Environment
Our campuses are entirely smoke-free, so no smoking is permitted in the building or on the premises.
Pet Policy
To ensure everyone’s comfort, only service animals are allowed inside the building.
Food and Drinks
You’re welcome to serve food and non-alcoholic beverages! Just keep in mind that our kitchen facilities are limited.
Clean-Up Duty
We kindly ask you to clean the premises and dispose of any trash immediately after your event. Let’s keep the room tidy for the next group!
Responsibility for Damages
You agree to take full responsibility for any damages incurred during your event, including clean-up and pest control from food or beverage residue.
A/V Equipment
Need audio-visual equipment? It’s available at our HQ Community Room, and a Credit Union representative will be happy to assist with any questions.
Capacity Limits
Ensure your event does not exceed the specified attendee limit for the Community Room. Depending on your setup, this versatile room can accommodate from 40 to 120 people.
Liability Waiver
Mazuma Credit Union is not liable for any injuries or property damage claims from your guests or invitees. By using our community room, your organization releases Mazuma Credit Union, its employees, officers, and volunteers from any related claims or damages.
Availability
We're excited to offer our Community Room with flexible availability! Our typical hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00P.M., and Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Need a different time? No problem! Just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Remember, room use is at Mazuma Credit Union’s discretion, with priority for official use.
Parking
Mazuma HQ Community Room: Park west of the building in the spacious lot near the drive thru.
Room Setup
Feel free to arrive early to arrange the room just how you like it! Need more tables or chairs? We’ve got you covered. We recommend wiping down surfaces before and after your event to keep everything sparkling clean.
Emergency Procedures
Safety first! Emergency procedures are located in the kitchen. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself and your guests with these procedures upon arrival.
