Member Update: All Branches, including our Call Center, will be closed on Thursday, January 1st in observance of New Year's Day. We will resume business hours Friday, January 2nd. Members can access their accounts at any time through our Online, Mobile, or Phone Banking platforms.

Always exercise caution when contacted by anyone asking for your card or personal information.

Mazuma Credit Union will never call, text, or email you asking for personally identifiable information (social security numbers, secure access codes, passwords/pin numbers, card numbers, or account numbers), ask you to provide us your card, or instruct you to send money through a third-party vendor (PayPal, Venmo, Cryptocurrency, etc.).

Mazuma was founded in 1948 as the Kansas City National Federation of Federal Employees Credit Union. Our city’s federal employees were our first Members and continue to be an essential and valued membership group in the Credit Union.

In light of the ongoing government shutdown, we want to reiterate our commitment to our federal worker Members and share what we’re doing to support those who are impacted.

 

The government shutdown may create feelings of uncertainty and financial stress for many of our Members. Mazuma is here to assist you with care and understanding during this time.

We may be able to help if you are concerned about your Mazuma credit card, auto loan, HELOC, or other Mazuma loans. Members may also qualify for other payment options and loan assistance.

If you have been affected, please reach out to our Team. We are ready to support you and our Kansas City community.
