We’ve had a great summer here at Mazuma Credit Union filled with opportunities to celebrate with our Members, join our Community Partners in making an impact, and demonstrate the credit union difference in Kansas City.
This quarter, we’ve introduced a unique new personal loan designed to help renters meet the demands of a challenging market, continued working to further expand the scope of our Business Banking and Treasury Management services, and are pleased to offer some of the highest CD rates in Kansas City this September! We look forward to continuing to offer you exceptional Member service across all delivery channels.
Our Member Appreciation Events are always a highlight of the season, and this year we’re beating the heat with tailgate-inspired celebrations featuring free food, beverages, games, giveaways, and more. We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership that highlights our support for education, the next generation, and the uniting power of teamwork in our community. Mazuma is the new Presenting Sponsor of Kansas City Athletics’ Roos men’s and women’s soccer teams at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and we’re excited to showcase the Credit Union on the UMKC campus. As our city prepares to welcome the World Cup in 2026, we’re proud to be “Kansas City’s Soccer Credit Union” through our partnerships with Sporting KC, KC Current, and UMKC!
And as the season changes, we’re eagerly anticipating one of our favorite days each year – Give Back Day! On Monday, October 13th, the Mazuma Team will spread out across the city to volunteer with a wide variety of local non-profits that benefit our community. It’s a day that never fails to deepen our relationships with each other and the neighborhoods we exist to serve.
