Deleting Your Online Profile

Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to Mazuma Credit Union. If you wish to delete your online profile while keeping your Mazuma account active, please fill out the form below.
Upon execution of this request, Mazuma Credit Union will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system. Your accounts will remain active, and your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open. We will ensure all requests for online profile delteion are completed within 30 days.
