Mazuma Credit Union will never call, text, or email you asking for personally identifiable information (social security numbers, secure access codes, passwords/pin numbers, card numbers, or account numbers), ask you to provide us your card, or instruct you to send money through a third-party vendor (PayPal, Venmo, Cryptocurrency, etc.).

Deleting Your Online Profile

At Mazuma Credit Union, your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us.

If you wish to delete your online profile while keeping your Mazuma account active, please fill out the form below.

Upon execution of this request, Mazuma Credit Union will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system. Your accounts will remain active, and your transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open. We will ensure all requests for online profile deletion are completed within 30 days.
