Account Security Features

  • Zero Liability Protection — If your card is lost or stolen, you are not liable for fraudulent card transactions.
  • Fraud Monitoring — We review how and where your card is being used and will block potential fraud if abnormal patterns are detected. Learn More

  • Secure Access to your Accounts — When accessing your account, you’re protected by these security features:
    • Enhanced Login Security will allow us to recognize you as the true owner of your account by recognizing not only your login information but also your computer. If we don't recognize your computer, you will be required to enter the One-Time Passcode that will be sent to your email or telephone, to ensure authorized access.
    • Advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access
  • Lost or Stolen Cards — Has your Visa card gone AWOL? Call during regular business hours at 1-855-726-7736. If you need to report a missing card during non-business hours, call 1-855-726-7736.

Enhanced Card Fraud Prevention

Your card security is a top priority at Mazuma, and we’ve improved our credit and debit fraud alert system. If fraud is detected we may contact you by:

  • Automated phone calls to confirm or deny fraud. The call will also give the option of speaking to a live fraud analyst.
