Valued Mazuma Members,

I hope this message finds you in good health and enjoying the early spring in Kansas City! I’m excited to share some recent updates and highlight upcoming events as we continually work to improve your Member experience and promote the growth and soundness of our Credit Union.

Our talented and dedicated Technology Team continues to deliver on many high-value and critical infrastructure, applications, digital, and cyber security projects. Our focus has always been on ensuring Mazuma’s technology is resilient to potential threats and other external events. We are continuing to build advanced capabilities to enhance our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity readiness, and our best-in-class cyber security posture, driven by our mission to ensure our Members’ access to financial services and the security of their data.

Those of you who take advantage of Mazuma’s online and mobile banking platforms will have noticed the rollout of our Next Generation Digital Banking upgrade, which provides an updated interface, streamlined functionality, and faster performance to enhance your online and mobile banking experience. If you haven’t already, log in and take a look!

Your membership in the Credit Union offers you access to a full range of financial products and services with lower loan rates, higher dividends, and personalized service. Throughout this past quarter, we’ve been pleased to offer standout Certificate of Deposit (CD) rates and auto loan specials to our Members, creating opportunities to invest and save your money in ways that make a meaningful difference.

As excitement builds in anticipation of this summer’s World Cup, Mazuma continues to work toward Making Kansas City a Better Place to Live, Work, and Bank! Planning for our new location at 31st and Troost is well underway and we’re looking forward to sharing more information with our Members and community in the coming months.

Lastly, we hope to see you at our Annual Meeting, which will be held in the Community Room at our Overland Park Headquarters in late April. Keep an eye on your inbox for an invitation with all the details!

Your team at Mazuma thanks you for your membership and wishes you and your family a season of health and success.

Brad Rein, Chief Information Officer
