SMARTLINE, Mazuma's automated teller system, will give you 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access to your Mazuma accounts. You can complete many transactions from the comfort of your home or office. With SMARTLINE and a touch-tone phone, the current status of your account is at your fingertips. Best of all, using SMARTLINE is FREE!

With SMARTLINE you can:

  • Change your PIN.
  • Access your account via menu.
  • Transfer money from your account to other account numbers.
  • Receive a history of deposits, ATM and Convenience Card transactions, as well as checking, Visa, savings and loan accounts.
  • Find out your balance and the available funds in your savings, holiday, checking, money market and loan accounts (excluding outstanding checks).
  • Withdraw funds from your savings, holiday, checking, money market or line of credit loan accounts. A check is made payable to you and sent to the address on file.
  • Find out if a specific check has cleared (for the past 90 days).
  • Find out the date of the last posted payroll or direct deposit.
  • Access your Visa to make payments, inquire about your balance, and make advances on your available credit.
