In order to give back to those who always give so much to our Members, Mazuma shows appreciation by acknowledging Team Members with Member Service Star Awards. These awards are given to Mazuma employees who have gone out of their way to make a difference in the lives of our Members. These outstanding employees are awarded when they:

• Provide excellent customer service everyday.
• Have been “caught in the act” of delivering exceptional service.
• Have effectively and efficiently corrected an issue.
• Recognize and work well with Members.
• Demonstrate creativity or resourcefulness in assisting Members.
• Develop new and efficient ways to resolve customer service problems.
• Respond in an unusually fast and efficient manner.
• Utilize customer service skills taught in employee training such as: phone etiquette, positive verbal and nonverbal skills, taking responsibility, teamwork, etc.
